Privacy policy

Information on the processing of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, German abbreviation DSGVO). In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no trackers and loads no content from third-party servers. Data is only processed as part of running the server and when you send an enquiry via the contact form.

2. Your rights

In principle, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with us or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, www.dsb.gv.at).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria. When you visit it, technically necessary data is processed (see server log files). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of this website.

4. Server log files

The provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits and stores it in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not combined with data from other sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is secure and stable operation, defence against attacks and error analysis.

5. Cookies, tracking and local storage

This website sets no cookies, does not use your browser's local storage and does not integrate any analytics, statistics or advertising services. No user profiling takes place. A consent banner is therefore not required.

6. Fonts, scripts and content

Every part of this website is loaded exclusively from our own web space:

• The Sora and Inter fonts are hosted locally. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider.
• The animation libraries GSAP and Lenis are stored on our server. No external content delivery networks (CDNs) are used.
• References, games and figures are loaded from files on our server.
• The short game video is also stored on our server. No third-party videos, maps or social media plugins are embedded.

7. Contact form and email

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the details you provide (name, email address, selected topic and your message) are processed in order to handle your enquiry. Your name, email address and message are required for this; without them we cannot answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a quotation or a contract; otherwise, it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is answering your enquiry. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

The form is processed by a script on our web space at easyname GmbH (see Hosting) and sent as an email to our mailbox office@fuchsmedia.at, which is also hosted by easyname. No external form service is involved, and no data is transferred to a third country. The script does not store your enquiry on the web server; it is then held only in our email inbox. Alternatively, you can email us directly at any time at office@fuchsmedia.at. The same applies to these emails.

8. External links

Our references link to external websites, games and profiles on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Spotify and Apple Music. These are ordinary links: no data is transferred until you click a link and open the page in question. We have no influence over how data is processed there; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

9. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention periods.
